I was satisfied with the work done with the exception that the tires on my truck didn’t get rotated along with the oil change. The tires were rotated on the last three time I took it in for the same service and this time they were not. I didn’t notice it as I was in a rush and when I later reviewed the paperwork, I noticed it. When I purchased the truck I got the full tire protection plan so it should have been done automatically.

The service was mediocre, at best. For one, our vehicle was ready and just sat there for quite some time. We had our tires rotated and the tire pressure was not checked.

The salesman Abner Romero was professional, helpful and courteous. Soraya was her usual self, friendly, helpful and professional. I was a little disappointed with the sales manager, not honoring a trade-in value and deducting $1000 from the original value. While I understand the circumstances, I had hoped for more consideration for a longtime Casa (Crawford) Buick customer.

My service advisor was friendly when I arrived.. the work was done in a timely manner. Unfortunately i went in with a leak in the transfer case..... when i picked up the vehicle i had to return for another issue with the suspension which delayed my vehicle further.....attempted to get updates on my vehicle several times when it was in the shop, but was unable to reach my service advisor. The work was completed after about 4 days and was done to my satisfaction........My only issue was the lack of response from my service advisor......communication is key when dealing with people......

the people are great, but don't bother making an appt. When I schedule an appointment, I expect that I will get service at least close to the appointment time. But, apparently, at CASA, they schedule so many appointments that they cannot keep up. My appointment was for 10:30, I arrived at 10:10 and was told that it would be 2-1/2 to 3 hours wait. I told them that I had made an appointment to avoid a long wait and I was told that there were many appointments ahead of mine. So, why make an appointment, I probably would have been in and out quicker just be showing up early without an appointment. So, people great, time management of shop, terrible.

This the third vehicle we’ve purchased at this dealership and the first since the most recent acquisition. Like most industries today the service level has really plummeted, something as simple as a callback couldn’t be executed. During the financing I specifically asked that our indirect loan application not be run through a certain local financial institution and to our surprise we recently receive a letter from that specific financial institution congratulating us on loan application that was approved by them and was sent to them by Casa Buick GMC. We also ordered some sidesteps at the time we made the purchase; we were told they’d be here last Wed or Thurs and we’ve yet to hear anything. The overall experience was just a reminder as to why purchasing a vehicle is such an exhausting nuisance. I will say both Alfonso and Eileen were pleasant to work with.

However here at Casa Buick they are not. Also, they don’t have any benches/chairs outside the service area so that people can sit while waiting for their ride to pick them up while their car is being serviced. That’s hard on people with disabilities to have to stand while waiting.

I took my 2004 Gmc sierra for an oil changed, usually when i take in my newer truck gmc sierra 2022 and when i used to take my 2011 gmc sierra for oil changes i will always get a point inspection sheet of the recommended services the truck needed. For this one because of the year of the truck you guys dont do the courtesy multi point inspection?

Worst Customer Service Dealership Experience I have ever had. Horrible Communication, and Time Management. I texted, called and left Voice Mail, and finally had to call a 3rd time after was told by service representative that they would call me back. After finally getting hold of service representative it was too late pick up vehicle, and ended up having to wait another day due to all lack of communication. When finally picked up vehicle , stood outside to pick up, no one acknowledged or made an effort to find out who was getting my vehicle. Complete lack of concern overall for customers time. Again, worst experience, and contemplating Ever using Casa or GM direct service again. I can be contacted directly for any timelines on these incidents as I have them documented.

Another incomplete service appointment. I don’t know what’s going on at the dealership. I have had, 2 or 3 Sierra 2500, at any given time over the past 8 years. I’ve been consistently disappointed with service, sales and trade in department over the past 1 1/2 years.

I had made an appointment for 7am to avoid having to wait for the service, sadly not only did I have to wait for an hour and a half, when I was paged to let me know my vehicle was ready, I still had to wait another 10 more minutes for someone to bring the vehicle to me. It would have been better for them to page me when the vehicle was actually ready for me, and not have me wait outside for another 10 minutes, plus what is the point of making an appointment if there was going to be 10 other cars there waiting for the same reason. Totally defeats the purpose of having an appointment.

I had a very attentive team help me with my recent GMC Acadia purchase. Daniel who answered by initial text helped set up my appointment to visit. Abner did an excellent job showing me the vehicle, allowing me to test drive it and explaining the features, cost and guiding me through the purchasing process. Casa did complete what I requested

Due to GMC’s fault , and changing the grade of oil used in my 2024 Sierra, the new oil change rate went from $90 up to $200, it would be nice if GMC, would send a notice, or have the service advisors let the customer know about the price change before having the services done.

I took my vehicle for the L87 recall and in the process my vehicle got damaged in the lot were it was at. Now I have to wait x amount of time to get it fixed in the body shop. Personel dont care to take care of your vehicle. Especially when its a super expensive vehicle. Im not content with the situation so now I leave my vehicle again at the agency.

All involved were great. Professional and courteous from the salesman (Alonzo) to the financial people involved especially Soraya.

Called 3 consecutive days to setup an appointment, all they did the 1st and 2nd day was pass the call between them and nobody was answering, just passing the call. Finally appointment was made on the 3rd day. The appointment was made at a certain time to when I was able to get off from work and take the Truck, then I received an email that it got changed to a different schedule, I had to ask my Father to help me to take the Truck for me. When they send me the receipt of the total amount $ and the inspection that was made to my Truck there was 1 or 2 points in red. Service never called me to check if I wanted to perform those repairs. Now I have to wait for next service or make a new appointment to get them cleared.

The service area was not very welcoming. I had to go find a service writing and when stated I had an appointment it seemed as if I was a bother. Had to waiting for almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.. Yall need some work.

All professional staff and courteous. The tire valve caps were missing from my vehicle and they replaced them with new ones hence, obviously they do inspect the vehicle during simple oil change service. Thank you!!!!

This experience has been disappointing, I brought my truck in 29 September my truck was not diagnosed until 8 October. From the 9th of October I was told it will take 4-7 days to receive the parts which would put parts arriving 16 October at the latest, however the final parts did not arrive until 21 October. Originally I did not have Eri as my service advisor but once I contacted him on 16th of October he did try to expedite the issue and did a great job in doing so an offered a discount for the inconvenience. Overall, this process took entirely too long I may think twice before coming back unless I do not have a choice.

We were treated really well by everyone at Casa Buick. Mr. Guajardo was very patient and we never felt pressured to buy anything. He waa also very respectful and knowledgeable of what we were buying. Mike was also very helpful explaining the details of the gmc app, Onstar, and other features of my new Canyon. This is the second vehicle we buy with you guys and will definitely come back again.

The Casa Buick GMC service center has always performed excellent service on our GM automobiles for many years, that is why we continue to take them there.

Brought my Enclave for a recall on my airbag and to fix the screen showing airbag needs servicing, and did not remove the airbag screen needs servicing; supposedly the bag on passenger side is NOT COVERED. A multitude of other repairs came up with an estimated cost over $1,000…taking my business elsewhere. Highly disappointed.

I have always had an excellent experience when I take my vehicle for service. My maintenance advisor Melissa Martinez has always been helpful and honest, and that's why I always look for her. Not that the other service advisors are bad but, my experience with Melissa has always been great. Very honest, very informative, always professional attitude, and is very caring in taking care of customers and gives the GMC organization a great name. I am completely satisfied with the maintenance work and professionalism reflected by all employees, including the cashier. My experience was fine I think. I dropped off my vehicle for a recall issue and never heard back from anyone. I went up to the dealership to look for my vehicle to see if it was ready, to which I was told "it was done yesterday". I never received any communication other than what's on the service invoice. I guess my vehicle is okay.

Amazing experience and customer service!

I previously bought a new vehicle in May this year. Unfortunately, that vehicle began having multiple issues that required it to be in service for over two and a half months of the five months I owned it. I love the vehicle and to keep the last little faith I had in the brand since GM themselves were unable to assist with the issues, I turned to the sales department for help. After 5 months of issues, inconvenience, frustration, and disappointment with the previous vehicle, Joseph Colon along with his G.M.'s and Soraya Holguin, were able to help me get into a new vehicle. I worked with Fernando and he was great! He showed me exactly what I wanted to see (2 Buicks). I decided I didn't like either of them enough to buy and he suggested a GMC Terrain Denali.
