I took my vehicle for the L87 recall and in the process my vehicle got damaged in the lot were it was at. Now I have to wait x amount of time to get it fixed in the body shop. Personel dont care to take care of your vehicle. Especially when its a super expensive vehicle. Im not content with the situation so now I leave my vehicle again at the agency.

The service area was not very welcoming. I had to go find a service writing and when stated I had an appointment it seemed as if I was a bother. Had to waiting for almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.. Yall need some work.

Called 3 consecutive days to setup an appointment, all they did the 1st and 2nd day was pass the call between them and nobody was answering, just passing the call. Finally appointment was made on the 3rd day. The appointment was made at a certain time to when I was able to get off from work and take the Truck, then I received an email that it got changed to a different schedule, I had to ask my Father to help me to take the Truck for me. When they send me the receipt of the total amount $ and the inspection that was made to my Truck there was 1 or 2 points in red. Service never called me to check if I wanted to perform those repairs. Now I have to wait for next service or make a new appointment to get them cleared.

We were treated really well by everyone at Casa Buick. Mr. Guajardo was very patient and we never felt pressured to buy anything. He waa also very respectful and knowledgeable of what we were buying. Mike was also very helpful explaining the details of the gmc app, Onstar, and other features of my new Canyon. This is the second vehicle we buy with you guys and will definitely come back again.

This experience has been disappointing, I brought my truck in 29 September my truck was not diagnosed until 8 October. From the 9th of October I was told it will take 4-7 days to receive the parts which would put parts arriving 16 October at the latest, however the final parts did not arrive until 21 October. Originally I did not have Eri as my service advisor but once I contacted him on 16th of October he did try to expedite the issue and did a great job in doing so an offered a discount for the inconvenience. Overall, this process took entirely too long I may think twice before coming back unless I do not have a choice.

Brought my Enclave for a recall on my airbag and to fix the screen showing airbag needs servicing, and did not remove the airbag screen needs servicing; supposedly the bag on passenger side is NOT COVERED. A multitude of other repairs came up with an estimated cost over $1,000…taking my business elsewhere. Highly disappointed.

My experience was fine I think. I dropped off my vehicle for a recall issue and never heard back from anyone. I went up to the dealership to look for my vehicle to see if it was ready, to which I was told "it was done yesterday". I never received any communication other than what's on the service invoice. When my car was totaled by Allstate I was overwhelmed with sales people from various car dealers, and Sara was wonderful, she literally is the reason for me coming to Casa Buick and making my purchase there.

Not that the other service advisors are bad but, my experience with Melissa has always been great. Came in for a recall on my vehicle, scheduled an appointment and was told that they would do the recall at that time? Came in for appointment and after an hour of waiting was told they would have to order a part and I would have to come back for the work to be completed!

Casa Buick needs to have a better system in place for people who are scheduling appointments online. I scheduled an appointment online in response to a recall notice I received from the dealership but when I showed up for my appointment on the scheduled date I was told the part had not been ordered. Well whose responsibility is it to order the part, certainly not the customer! It should go without saying that someone needs to be reviewing appointments scheduled online to ensure that they don't need to order a part prior to the customer's appointment date etc... I missed a day of work for nothing! I appreciate how Scott helped me schedule another appointment and things ran a bit smoother with the second visit until I found out the service was completed at 10:30 but the young man helping me had to inform me of that when he saw me still sitting in the lobby at 11:00 a.m. Three other customers had been called over the intercom but I was not and when I went to pick up my keys the cashier couldn't be bothered to explain why I was overlooked. Very few of your employees are actually helpful. You all should not assume that a customer knows what the process entails. Give an explanation so we know what to expect. In short, the service department at Casa Buick needs to DO BETTER.

I previously bought a new vehicle in May this year. Unfortunately, that vehicle began having multiple issues that required it to be in service for over two and a half months of the five months I owned it. I love the vehicle and to keep the last little faith I had in the brand since GM themselves were unable to assist with the issues, I turned to the sales department for help. After 5 months of issues, inconvenience, frustration, and disappointment with the previous vehicle, Joseph Colon along with his G.M.'s and Soraya Holguin, were able to help me get into a new vehicle. The sales and finance department are what kept me as a customer here at Casa and I would definitely recommend them!

Service was great as always and the tech kept me posted during the appointment. The only issue I had was getting the service scheduled on the app. I had a funeral and had to drive over 900 miles. Knowing my oil was getting near time to service I was unable to schedule an appointment until the next week after i got back.

I had an appointment at 11:30am for an oil change, and I ended up leaving at 3:30pm. I received poor communication until my husband spoke to the manager. Not sure why it took 4 hours for an oil change, rotation of the tires and to replace the battery. I left very upset and don’t plan to return.

When a customer comes to your dealership with an approval certificate Make the sales and let the customer go .We wasted two days at your dealership with no pay and was strong armed to purchase features that's already on the car.Tell us why your salesman insisted on Bank America instead of GECU, is his payoff better? We almost walked out, your guy let us take the car home before clinching the deal. DONE DEAL! Mike the guy who showed us the car's features was our best experience at the dealership. He took time to explain and show us the features of the car. We walked away from Casa Ford. The Casa Group must live up to HOME OF THE NICE GUYS. We rather buy in El Paso than NM or AZ. We know the guys got to make a commission but easy up or loose good customers.

My advisor Scott Hankins kept me well updated. He let me know how long to diagnose the problem. He then called to let me know the part needed was backordered and to pick up a rental. He then called to let me know the part has shipped. And lastly, he called to let me know the part had arrived and the truck was ready to be picked up. The CASA dealership from sales to service is the best! I periodically have our '25 Acadia along with our past GMC's serviced at the dealership in Carrollton ... that one too is an excellent dealership, but CASA outshines them. Oscar Martinez, my service representative is absolutely the best... he not only made sure the Acadia was taken care of, he made sure that I was taken care of. The module (onstar) that needed to be replaced was on backorder. Oscar kept me informed on the delivery status. Once ithe module was received at the dealership, Oscar called and scheduled me for 8am the following morning ... by 10am I was back home. Onstar works perfectly! From sales (our sales rep ... more that once...is Sara... also the very best) to service, CASA is a very caring and responsive dealership... top drawer!

Poor customer service. After three messages, three voice mails, and after speaking with the service lane manager I was able to speak with the "service" advisor and leaving my vehicle for 10 days just to get a diagnostic. Never got an apology for not being responsive. I thought Shamaley GMC was bad, CASA service was worse.

Everything went great. From drop off to being informed that the truck was ready. I had a coupon for the 40 dollar oil change. When I presented it, I was told that it had expired 3 days before and there was nothing they could do. I was on with that until I pick up my mail that afternoon only to find another coupon! I take my truck to the dealership because of the good service but if I’m going to try and save some money I’m better off taking it somewhere else

Terrible experience, my car was in the shop for 2 months and only offered me a rental for 5 miserable days, what was that supposed to do for me. purchased a very expensive warranty at the time i purchased my vehicle when i was told it would cover from bumper to bumper, LIES. i was terribly disappointed to say the least!!!!

My Service Advisor Melissa was great, quoted me a price and made sure to update me on the progress of the work being done.

I’ve never been so insulted and humiliated by a service representative. I was accused of being a lier and a scammer for paint damage on my truck which I believed to be defective paint. The only work done in the area of the damaged are is in the area of a truck bed cover installed at the service center and now after it was revealed what the damage was I think it was a cover up by the team installing the bed cover. I am not satisfied with the service rep and I left with feeling belittled and frustrated

When someone has my car for the greater part of a day I expect better customer service than I received. When I brought my car in I told the service advisor Blanca that I needed you all to check out another item on my vehicle and give me a quote to have that repaired but that was not done I ended up having to bring my car back the next day (had to take another day off from work) and had to confront her about why this was not done The prior day when I had asked for it. She assured me she would get me a quote but I had to ask her about the status of that quote at which time she did sit down in front of me and call your body shop to get me my quote. In other words, if I'm going to have to do all of that type of work then what am I paying you all for, just the actual service, not the research and follow through? It is exhausting and dims the light on your commitment to providing a consistently satisfactory customer service experience. Another thing, it is next to impossible to understand when the cashier is talking over the intercom calling customers to come and pick up their vehicle. The sound is dull and scratchy. Perhaps she's speaking into the mic too closely or she needs to enunciate better, but I was left waiting an extra 30 minutes because I did not hear my name called. If not for the service advisor who was helping me that day asking why I was still there when my vehicle was ready, who knows how much longer I would have been waiting? The handicap toilet in the women's bathroom seems like it's on its last leg and needs to be repaired. It is beyond annoying to see all of the commercials with the guys of Casa portraying themselves in a positive light when these types of issues persist for their customers. DO BETTER!!

Besides finding it difficult to contact my assigned Service rep (I tried several times and kept ending up with someone else), when I was able to pickup my truck, it took me less than 2 miles and had to turn back because the issue was still present. I had to resort to contacting service manager and he did provide a rental and got me in tough with the service technician. I spent a good 3-4 hours with the service technician following GM's protocol for the issue. In the end, the problem still persists and I will be following up with them this morning.

First the get-go, I was greeted with the utmost respect by Gabriel De Las Cruz (Shuttle Rep). He kindly asked if I was there for a service, recall, or something else. He kindly pointed me in the right direction. I was then approached by Edgar, who was also respectful and courteous. I went in there to get my front and rear metallic silver fenders installed. I informed the reps that I was in no hurry and could pick up the following day. Needless to say, I was informed within 3 hrs that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. They have poor communication, left it with no gas, and vehicle was very dirty. They need better quality control because they vehicle was so dirty and smelled bad too. Overall they need someone who can make sure that when vehicles in good condition prior to releasing it.

There great on changing oil but when it come to there care on the vehicle itself, like putting air or rotating tires. They can never calibrate it right when they rotate a tire, but they want to charge you and also putting the caps back on the tires. My original caps were bronze and this past three times that I’ve gone to change oil I’ve had different kinds of caps on my tires when those weren’t the original ones on my tires that is very poor service on that part of the department

Best that we have received from the CASA car family Kia and Ford Casa purchases were no where close to what the staff at Buick GMC Casa staff do start from finish our experience here was beyond Excellent.

Salesman Humberto was great assisted well and answered all questions I had. Issue was truck I bought passenger mirror on 4th day I had it popped open and I noticed it was held together with a bunch of self tapping screws. When I called Humberto he advised they would take care of it. Jerry sales manager was very rude and would not call me back. 8th brand new vehicle I’ve purchased and this was the worst experience.

Process was easy from start to finish. No pressure and answered all guestions.

First oil change on our new GMC truck, all went well.

My truck was there for over 3 months for the engine replacement I was told would take about 60 days. I lost out on work by not having my truck. I asked for a fill up of the tank of diesel and DEF since they were running my truck before and after the replacement for testing and I was denied. Seemed like a small ask for the additional month and a half my truck was in the shop.

My vehicle was serviced quickly and returned in excellent condition. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Overall, smooth and stress-free—definitely recommend their service team!

Had another great experience with the Casa Buick GMC service department. The team is efficient, honest, and keeps you informed every step of the way. It’s clear they take pride in doing things the right way, and that level of consistency really stands out. Definitely a service department you can trust.

I asked for a courtesy carwash. Edgar Villa assure the carwash but it was gonna take a little bit longer which we didnt mind waiting. The truck was not washed. And today when i was about to install the new engine air filter there is bolt missing.

Rep. was courteous and professional. Work performed was done within a reasonable time.

4 1/2 hours for an oil change

Great visit, pleasantly surprised as "we were just looking " Joseph "Rocky" Colon made it easy for us. Didn't pressured us nor felt pushed to commit. It was a great purchase all around.

40 days was a long time to wait but I recognize the part was on back order.

I gave the 4 star instead of 5 as I always do because of the confusion of where I stand on my extended bumper to bumper I purchased with my AT4 in 2023. Otherwise I am very happy with the service I received . I will be going back to the dealership today to talk to my service writer who was off the day I took the truck in for service .
